For stays of longer than a couple of weeks, please contact Luis for some special rates; some people like to stay for a month, especially out of season; substantial discounts are available.

Terms of Business

We do not require a deposit, we trust that when you have made a booking you will appear!  We prefer payment by cash on arrival.  I regret that we cannot accept credit cards. You can make a booking by phone or by email; all that we ask is an email address or phone number so that we can contact you if necessary. Closer to the arrival time we wouild also like to have your approximate arrival time or flight number so that we know when to expect you.

For people staying for a week or more, we are also offering a service to put some basic supplies in your refrigerator (milk, juice, teabags, coffee); just let us know what you need and it will be there when you arrive.
